Woman swimming length of Ohio River hits obstacle in Kentucky

What was supposed to be a day of rest for long-distance swimmer Mimi Hughes turned out to be a marathon. A telephone marathon. Mrs. Hughes, who left Pittsburgh May 22 to swim the 981-mile length of the Ohio River, is in Maysville, Ky., this morning after reaching the 401-mile point in her journey.

UPDATE: Tractor-trailer wrecks blocks I-95 north in Prince George County

Crews are continuing to clean up diesel fuel and debris from a wreck this morning when a long-distance trucker ran off the right side of Interstate 95 northbound near the Crater Road exit in Prince George County and struck an overpass before overturning. The interstate remained blocked there and traffic was being detoured.
